The objective of WACCA is to challenge unfair claims, abuses and harassment being made against its members for credit card debts, store card debts, car loans and other unsecured loans.
By pooling membership fees, members can afford lawyers who would otherwise be beyond their reach as individuals. With the best legal help, WACCA can then effectively fight against consumer credit and data protection abuses.
